ADIB Trivia customer service wheel was announced to participants as a spinning wheel divided into 5 main sections, these sections will help ADIB employees learn and know more about their daily work topics while having fun. The call center team was given access to the game to compete with each other for a month.
3ala-el-osoul competition
3ala-el-osoul is a yearly competition carried out by the bank's shari’a team to encourage employees to learn about the bank's Islamic-compliant products and services. In its 4th season, ADIB carried out this competition on CTrivia. ADIB shari’a team was glad to invite participants to invest their knowledge in Islamic Banking Products for the fourth consecutive year, by participating in “3la Ossool 4” via ADIB Trivia Learning Game.
