Edita partnered with CTrivia to boost employees' knowledge and grasp of the company's competencies by creating a challenge that rewards top participants and declares competency champions.

CTrivia Implementation
Edita has set up each CTrivia wheel to contain 1000 questions distributed in 5 categories based on the targeted core competency and they added a comprehensive guide in the associated learning directory of the game. An internal campaign was also carried out in their headquarters with posters and even a real size spin wheel!
At the launch of every CTrivia wheel an invitation email was sent to participants informing them of game roles, duration, start date, and the access link. Learners could start by reviewing the learning directory pdf or could jump right in and start spinning the wheel to answer questions and collect scores and characters.
Competency Champion
Participants compete on score, and at the end of every game round 5 winners are announced as competency champions.
