EGBANK has set up CTrivia wheels to contain 1100+ questions distributed in 5 categories. The questions are updated regularly to reflect changes in compliance knowledge. With every new update to the questions, the users were encouraged to participate in this new round of the game. The game learning directory contains links that redirect the users to learning materials hosted by the bank's internal network.
CTrivia dashboard provided EGBANK with a comprehensive overview of employees' performance in the game, along with a detailed category report that shows gap analysis of topics that require more attention or training.
