PepsiCo + CTrivia: Plant learning zones

An engaging educational tool to raise employee awareness

PepsiCo, the parent company to 22 different billion-dollar brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, Quaker, and Tropicana, wanted to deploy an engaging learning tool in some of their plants operating in the Africa, Middle East and South Asia (AMESA) sector. The goal of the learning and development team was to raise the awareness of employees in areas of corporate culture, health and safety, code of conduct, HR policies, and training options.

CTrivia Implementation

The Learners were invited to log in to PepsiCo Trivia from the plant learning zones. They are given 6 tries at spinning the virtual wheel per day!

Learning Zones are branded office space within the plant with clear instructions on how to log in and play CTrivia.

Participants must answer correctly to keep spinning and to collect scores and characters. If they don't know about a certain category they can always check the “Learning Directory” which is filled with videos and reading material. The highest scores in all categories were rewarded!
